And when a sweeping movement like Black Lives Matter poses hard questions, we believe we each have a social responsibility to respond with compassion, sensitivity and critical thinking. That’s why as a company we recently had a serious discussion around honoring Juneteenth as an official company holiday. We decided yes, but our reasons might surprise you.
